Plumber had to replace kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet fill value. Plumber arrived on time, maintained a clean work area and explained everything he needed to do. There was a third toilet that was leaking but because of the age and expense of the parts the plumber recommended replacing the toilet rather then repairing as the cost was about the same. I appreciated his honesty. The plumber worked quickly and had all the parts on his truck to complete the job. I would recommend Kielty and will use them again.
This guy’s did such a great job. My house had a water leak and is undergoing demo and remodel. They did such a great job on install, repair and replacement. They are coming back to do my trim kit in the bathroom. Love them. 2nd visit on remodel, they hooked up my kitchen plumbing again, after the counter installers cut all the work James installed the first time, and new faucet.
Manny came out to assist with a leaky water heater. He explained everything so thoroughly and kept me up to speed on the process. It was so nice to have a technician that did not make me feel like an idiot when I have questions. While he couldn’t solve the issue in one visit, he lived up to his promise and got me on the schedule for the next business day and worked incredibly hard with the other technician to get everything resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Both Manny and his fellow tech did everything we could to clean up their workspace, which was incredibly appreciated. Manny was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He is exactly the type of person I would call if I ever needed anything. Very appreciative of RJ Kielty and Manny!

Manny was polite, professional, and provided detailed information about the plumbing solution. He installed my new garbage disposal, tested it, and cleaned up the whole space.
